As a multi-sport collegiate athlete and high school final four basketball referee, Becky brings a distinctive perspective to her work with individuals and families. With a cumulative 15 years of experience in mental health and education, Becky has developed a specialized skill set in working with vulnerable populations and applying evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness skills, and self-compassion. Her expertise extends to the sports realm, where she utilizes sports psychology techniques to help athletes and individuals push past performance barriers and cultivate a winning mindset. By combining her passion for sports with her clinical expertise, Becky has assisted hundreds of individuals and families in breaking through comfort zones and achieving their full potential, leading to enhanced overall quality of life. Her goal is to empower people to outgrow limitations and live the life they truly deserve
